Road To Recovery Day 6: A Long Walk & Pigging Out

We slept in again, I honestly hate sleeping in, I feel worse than when I wake up too early, but sure there is nothing that can be done now, so there is no point in complaining now is there haha.

Myself and James went back to my house for dinner, but we ended up not having anything, the heat just takes the hunger away!

Myself, James and my dad decided to go do some food shopping, myself and James wanted to get a few drinks to have in his house later while we chilled out in the garden.

We went to Tesco's, and as usual we ended up spending way more than expected, we bought our drinks and some food for later.

It is a long weekend so I decided to stay in Jame's house again, he works all week and the weekends is only time we get to hang out all day. When I was at college, we always stayed in my house at the weekends, mainly because I had so much work to do. So I thought it was only fair that we stay in his house this weekend.

When we got back to my house, I packed fresh clothes in a bag and got ready to walk to his house.

On our way we met 2 of our friends, we ended up standing talking to them for almost 45 mins, it was great to have a catch up as we haven't seen them in a while.

We stopped in Mc Donald's to get Ice cream because it was actually so warm out. I got a caramel sundae and asked for extra caramel, not to say there was more caramel than ice cream, no complaints.

It took us about 45mins to walk to his house, but I did enjoy the walk, it was nice to get some fresh air and to enjoy the heat, while it lasts.

We actually ended up not sitting in the garden because it was getting late, instead we sat in the sitting room and watched House on Netflix.

We started to get hungry but neither of us were in the mood to cook, so we got another take away, I know I'll quickly put back on those 5.5 pounds ha, but sure you only live once.

We ordered a Chinese this time, and I swear it was amazing, we actually liked it that much, that even when we were full we couldn't stop eating it.
We sat on the sofa and we couldn't even more we were that stuffed, but it was worth it.

I worked on my blog for the rest of the evening and we watched Orange Is The New Black, I have so much to catch up on.

Today was a quite and uneventful day, but it was fun, I enjoyed the walk and I definitely want to go walking more often, it really helps you clear your head.
It feels great to be able to do something with my Sunday, usually I would be at home getting ready for college or doing college work.

Thank you for reading.
Love,
Tanya
